Staff assisted with luggage and were very helpful to get us settled in GREAT people

Breakfast was served in the room, huge spacious room and very clean, accomodations were better than expected

the price was great, the staff great and the location was superb

Rooms larger than expected, staff was the best

Amust stay in Florence , the location was walking distance to everything we loved our stay

Just loved it. Charming place, breakfast is brought to your room at the time of your choosing. Great location. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Great architecture, lovely room that was very large. Such a clean tub, I took a bath (don't usually feel good doing at hotels). Although it faced the street, with a view of the Duomo, the double windows and shutters kept the room very quiet and we slept great! Nice warm croissants and capuccino brought to our room in the morning. Loved it.

It is a fantastic bed and breakfast.Pictures are not doing justice to the beauty of the room.We stayed in Michelangelo room and we loved it.Spacious,clean and warm.It was a great value for the price.B&B is located right next to the Duomo,5 min.away by walking from Accademia and 5-10 minutes to Arno River and naturally to Ponte Vecchio.Florance anyway is a smaller city compared to Rome so it is easier to manage your visits but we highly recommend this place for its location,soul,easy access and friendly&kind personnel.Their breakfast is also very nice,served in the room.We will definetely go back to Florance and stay in La Residenza.

The room was huge, it was at least double the size of all the rooms we stayed in during our holiday in Italy. With the recent very hot weather, the air conditioning was a welcome relief. The B&B is very centrally located in Firenze. You literally walk out the door, turn your head to the right and are looking at the Duomo. Most of the major sites are within an easy 5 - 10 minute walk, such as the Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio. The staff were very friendly and we managed to have a couple of conversations using our very limited Italian, however the staff also speak English very well.
